Silly moose!

Woman called 911 after thinking she was hallucinating a moose behind her car in the car wash.

A woman pulled into a late night car wash after taking her medication and was already feeling tired when she heard something heavy moving behind her car. At first, she thought it sounded like a horse.

Then she looked back. A full grown moose was standing directly behind her vehicle. Panicked, she called 911 and told the operator she might be hallucinating because she was inside a car wash and somehow seeing a moose behind her.

The operator stayed on the line while she slowly drove forward and got out safely. The strange part was, the moose wasn’t chasing her. It was just walking through.

Police later checked the car wash cameras and confirmed the moose had really wandered into the tunnel behind her car. The woman had even caught part of it on her phone, proving she wasn’t imagining anything.

Officials said the moose likely stumbled into the car wash after a humid night, possibly drawn by the water and the open path.

She thought her medication had her seeing things, but the CCTV proved the moose was real, and was just trying to get through the car wash too.
