This is how I imagine 100 cities in Mongolia by project!

Zaha Hadid Architects is building a new scientific research center in Uzbekistan, using a low-tech solution to maintain comfortable temperatures. The Alisher Navoi International Scientific Research Centre will feature a passive cooling system inspired by traditional architecture, with large arches and expansive windows.

The arches, made from local brick, are designed to capture and channel wind into the building, naturally cooling the air. In the hottest months, fans and water misting will assist the system. Even without wind, the arches create a chimney effect, allowing warm air to rise and escape, promoting ventilation.

Covering 23,000 sq m (almost 250,000 sq ft), the center will house the Navoi State Museum of Literature, research areas, a workshop, and 3,500 historical books and manuscripts. It will also feature 13 exhibition halls around a courtyard, encouraging collaboration in literature, research, and the arts.

No completion date has been announced yet.
