Let’s talk about Connecticut 🍁. We just returned from a fabulous visit to the state of Connecticut, and I was absolutely blown away. The food, the people, the scenery and the hotels were all ❤️❤️. I did 6 hotel site visits…. 5 of which I would highly recommend.

The Surfside Hotel - 10/10 (has a great restaurant and bar area) Beachfront and so cute. Located in Stratford

The Goodwin Hotel - 10/10 (great location and newly renovated but has a classic feel) Very classy and has an upscale feel. Located in Hartford

The Winvian Resort - 11/10 - WOW is all I can say. Individual cottages, use of bikes to explore the grounds, restaurants, bar, fire pits, etc. And the spa? Gorgeous! Located in Morris.

The Madison Beach Hotel - 9/10. Lovely beachfront hotel with great little gift shop, amazing bar, great restaurant and friendly staff. Located in Madison.

The Griswold Inn - 9/10. Located in a very cute and quaint town (Essex) that’s very walkable and charming. It is one of the oldest continuously operated ends in the US! Has an amazing bar and restaurant as well. Located in Essex.

Hyatt Place Milford / New Haven - 6/10. Fantastic location and the best front desk staff! Rooms are very tired and dated. Complimentary breakfast each morning was decent. Exterior construction was also a huge factor while there. Located in Milford.

The Falls, the food, the fun and the memories made - Billie and Brent fell in love with Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake! Savannah was the scene for a 30 year reunion for these 2 best friends who were elementary school buddies and college roommates! They had the best time reminiscing, sightseeing, enjoying amazing food and fun tours. Loved planning this fun reunion!

December 1 is the BIG day at Hawks Cay! Coral Cay Adventure Park is opening, and it’s going to be amazing!
