I saw a trending ChatGPT prompt about creating your own personal mascot, so of course I had to try it!

Mine came back with a dog named WanderPaws. At first, WanderPaws was a Golden Retriever, but I asked ChatGPT to swap him out for my very own Millie. 🐾

I have to say, I think Millie was made for the job! What do you think? 💕

Last day in Ireland! And we crammed as much of Dublin into it as we could.

We started the morning with visits to St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Marsh’s Library, one of the oldest public libraries in Ireland. One of the most fascinating features is the old wire reading cages, where readers were locked in to make sure the books didn’t walk out with them!

On our way to the Guinness Storehouse, we popped into The Brazen Head, Dublin’s oldest pub, for a quick pint.

Next up was the Guinness Storehouse. The tour was great—we learned about the ingredients, brewing process, quality control and, of course, the iconic Guinness advertising over the years. And no visit would be complete without a pint of the black stuff!

From b**r to wh***ey! Onto Roe & Co, where we learned about wh***ey making and cocktail creation. We even tried our hand at creating our own cocktails—and I have to say, mine was pretty yummy!

We finished the day strolling along the River Liffey and made our way back to the Temple Bar area for one last pint and a little live music.

And that’s a wrap!

Ireland, your scenery is beautiful, your b**r is divine, but most of all, your people are some of the friendliest and most fun we’ve met along the way.

Day 6 🇮🇪 - We made our way back to Dublin today, with a stop in Kilkenny to explore the Medieval Mile. We walked from impressive Kilkenny Castle through the heart of the medieval city to St. Canice’s Cathedral, taking in centuries of history along the way.

Back in Dublin, we ended the day with a fun evening at The Church, a beautifully restored 18th-century church that’s now a lively bar and restaurant. Traditional Irish music and dancing made for the perfect ending to another great day in Ireland!

Day 5 – From Killarney to Waterford! 🇮🇪

We said goodbye to Killarney and made our way to Waterford, with a stop at Blarney Castle. Of course, we couldn't leave without kissing the famous Blarney Stone! But even if kissing the stone isn't on your bucket list, the beautiful castle grounds and gardens are well worth a visit.

Once in Waterford, we toured the famous House of Waterford Crystal, where we even enjoyed a pint of Guinness served in a fancy crystal glass! We also spent some time exploring the city and learning about its fascinating Viking history.

Our final stop was the historic Jack Meade's Pub, which has been welcoming guests since 1704! There we enjoyed some fantastic entertainment from Tommy Comerford, who was an absolute hoot!

Another great day filled with Irish history, beautiful scenery, a few pints, and plenty of laughs! 🍀

Day 4 - Today we traveled the Ring of Kerry, taking in the stunning scenery of the MacGillycuddy’s Reeks and the rugged Wild Atlantic coast. Around every turn was another beautiful view!

We ended our journey back in Killarney with a traditional jaunting car ride through Killarney National Park to Ross Castle.

And, of course, no day in Ireland would be complete without live music in a local pub! 🇮🇪🎶
