Meet Nathan Marcotte—he takes care of Fort Smith on the job and on the court! 🎾

Nathan is our latest podcast guest and part of the WATA Tennis Association (WATA), a United States Tennis Association - USTA (Official) community tennis association growing the game across the River Valley. Through community events, private coaching, tournaments, and social gatherings, WATA keeps tennis affordable for every age and skill level. Nathan says the tennis community here is incredibly welcoming and generous, and with rackets to borrow at Creekmore and Ben Geren, anyone can get on the court.

Off the court, he loves Fort Smith’s relaxed, live-and-let-live vibe. His go-tos: AJ's Oyster House the food trucks at The Bakery District, Digs FS, and Diamond Head, where one lunch of drunken noodles had him hooked 🍜

Ghouls on Garrison is back! October 31 from 5 to 7 PM!🎃

Grab your costume and head downtown this Halloween! 👻 Main Street Fort Smith's annual Ghouls on Garrison is a FREE trick-or-treat night where dozens of downtown businesses hand out candy to ghosts, goblins, superheroes, and princesses of all ages.

🗺️ A digital map of participating businesses will be posted the week of the event at www.mainstreetfs.org and on Street Fort Smith's page.

🚗 Free street parking is available downtown. Please use sidewalks and crosswalks, and keep an eye out for all the little trick-or-treaters!

Stick around after the candy haul. Downtown has plenty of spots to grab dinner and make a night of it 🍽️
