The most overlooked cruise in North America might also be one of the most memorable.

All it takes is a round-trip flight to New York City, and suddenly you're sailing past fall foliage, exploring charming coastal towns, visiting iconic places like Peggy's Cove and the Bay of Fundy which most people only see on a screensaver, and watching for the Northern Lights from the deck at sea.

These photos are from our trip, and almost 2 years later, it's still one of the cruises we talk about the most.

I’ve had several people reach out lately about traveling to Iceland — and then get a little sticker shock when the pricing comes back. 😅

So here’s the honest truth: Iceland is one of the most expensive destinations in the world right now. A recent article even reported that Iceland has become the most expensive country in the world. Between imported goods, high wages, fuel costs, hotels, food, and rental cars… everything simply costs more there.

Can you stand on a black sand beach, walk behind waterfalls, see glaciers, volcanoes, puffins, and maybe even the Northern Lights all in one trip? Absolutely. It’s one of the most mind-blowing places I’ve ever planned for people.

After a long storm delay yesterday and an early morning departure today, my clients are officially soaking in the beauty of Alaska! Today they traveled by train from Anchorage to Seward and were treated to some absolutely incredible views along the way.

Towering mountains, glaciers, and endless scenery made the journey just as unforgettable as the destination.
