BOOM-BASS-TIX is a high impact dance exercise class that encompasses the African Aesthetic. Marissa Wright-Williams has been teaching dance for 15 years and has many followers that appreciate the high energy workout style of BOOM-BASS-TIX! The music is upbeat, and is derived from West African and African Caribbean Drumming and Modern Hip Hop Styles. This exercise style was created for us by us with love and the acknowledgement that we as a people need to get in shape. NOW LETS MOVE!!
