SCAM ALERT!!
To our clients
Please be VERY CAREFUL when you do a search for a contact number for cruise lines online.
We have seen an uptick of our clients searching for numbers for shore excursions, dining packages, general questions for the cruise line etc and getting directed by the search engine to numbers that are not connected to the cruise lines, especially Royal Caribbean.
Be advised that when we book you through our travel agency that only our agency or the cruise line are the only ones that have access to your booking information. And the cruise line will direct you right back to us for any updates as far as pricing, balances etc
We have had clients tell us that the number they called tried to collect additional fees that are not connected to the booking and that if they don’t pay them their reservation could be canceled. Please do not fall into this trap.
Book all of your extras through the cruise line app or that particular cruise lines web site and if you need to call and speak to someone, rest assured you will have to go through the phone tree to get to the right department. If you email make sure it has that cruise lines .com info and not another company of any sort.
When you use the proper booking tools it should show up on your app within 15-20 minutes
 of booking not 15 days prior to sailing as one client was told.
If you are in doubt of something please call us before giving them your credit card info, that’s why we are here to guide you through the process of your vacation. If we don’t know the answer to something we know how to find the correct answer.
