Some Hill Country days just have a little more going on… 🍷🍺🌿

You can make a whole day of it at Arch Ray Resort or Fiesta Winery.

Start with a great meal at 1894, grab a local brew at Ogle Brewery, enjoy a spirit from Paul Bee Distillery, and settle in for a little Hill Country time.

There’s even an RV resort if you’re ready to stay awhile.

It’s the kind of place where you can arrive with a plan… and end up staying longer than you expected. 😉

Some nights are just better when everyone gets together. Grab the family, round up your friends, and head to Hitchin Post Steakhouse of Fredericksburg for a night of great food, cold drinks, and plenty of laughs around the table. 🍻❤️

Remember Dooley’s?

If you lived in Fredericksburg prior to 2022 chances are you remember wandering through Dooley’s 5-10 and 25¢ Store looking for something you didn’t know you needed. 😉

Founded in 1923 by Charles “Grandpa” Dooley, the store stayed in the Dooley family for three generations and became one of those places that was simply part of Fredericksburg.

Dooley’s closed its doors in June 2022 😢 after 99 years in business.

But some places leave behind more than merchandise… they leave behind memories.

We’re thinking wildflowers 🌻 + great pub food sounds like a pretty perfect Fredericksburg day!

Head out to Wildseed Farms for a stroll through the flowers and pick your pumpkins, then make your way over to Belly Up Brew Pub for a cold drink and some good pub food. 🍔🍺

Tell us… what’s on your Fredericksburg shopping list when you visit? 👕🛍️

We stopped at T-Shirts Etcetera which is one of those places where you can walk in “just to look” and walk out with a new favorite shirt or stuffed toy.

They have a huge variety of fun tees, from Texas wildflowers 🌼 and music themes 🎶 to quirky graphics you won’t see everywhere.

📍And here’s the other reason to know them: they do custom apparel and design printing for individuals, groups and local businesses. So if you have an idea for a shirt, they can help make it happen!
