City of Gaffney offices will be CLOSED for Labor Day on September 1st, 2025! Thank you to everyone who works so hard to keep our City running and our community strong!

BREAKING NEWS!
A mountain of train tickets was discovered at the former site of the Gaffney Train Depot. Gaffney Police Department Officers were on-site in attempt to identify the litterbugs. Police are combing through the evidence to catch the culprits.
One officer on site told us, "We're making a list, we're checking it twice."

Anyone with information about the culprits are encouraged to let us know. Littering is no laughing matter!

Due to the impending forecast of rain tomorrow — we have made the decision to postpone our National Night Out event originally scheduled for Tuesday, August 5th.
The anticipated rain could impact several outdoor activities, including games and demonstrations, and we want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We are pleased to share that National Night Out has two nationally recognized celebration dates, and we’ll be taking advantage of the second option:📅 New Date: Tuesday, October 7th
