We were getting ready to get our groove on in downtown Greer at this time last week.

The Greer Station Groove was a celebration of 150 years of Greer, and hundreds of people from across the Upstate came out to enjoy live music, dancing, and community connection.

Get ready to celebrate 150 years of Greer with a family-friendly dance party.

🗓The Greer150 Greer Station Groove is coming up on Saturday, August 29 from 6 to 9 p.m.

🕺🏾Comfy shoes are a must for enjoying the best of Motown from the 60s and 70s with the Sweet Soul Party Band. Lawn chairs are also on the recommended pack list.

THIS WEEKEND at Greer City Park⬇️

🎶 Tunes in the Park is back on Saturday, August 15 with the Carolina Coast Band from 6pm-9pm. Enjoy live music, dancing, and delicious food truck favorites. Plus, cheer on talented local vocalists as they compete in Greer Idol, a singing competition where contestants perform live and are scored by judges and audience votes.

🍎 The Greer Farmers Market is celebrating Clean Water Appreciation Day on Sunday, August 16 from 11am-2pm. In addition to the 50+ farmers, makers, and bakers, this annual event highlights the importance of clean water for local agriculture, public health, and our community.
