💜 A little Small Business Saturday appreciation!

I put a lot of heart into what I do, and I'm so thankful that I get to help people make memories with the ones they love! ❤️

One of my favorite things about being a travel advisor is getting to be a small part of some pretty big moments in people's lives.

Family vacations. Honeymoons. Anniversary trips. First Disney visits. Cruises with grandparents. And those trips people have been dreaming about for years.

To someone else, it might just look like a reservation.

But to me, it's a family making memories together. A couple celebrating something special. Or someone finally getting to take that trip they've always talked about.

And I never take it lightly when someone trusts me to help plan those experiences.

Every booking, referral, shared post, and kind word means so much to me and supports my small business.

I truly love what I do, and I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to help others experience the joy of travel.

🎃👻 Happy Halloween!

One of the things I love about Disney is that they know how to make Halloween extra magical, whether you’re celebrating at Walt Disney World or aboard a Disney cruise! 🏰🚢

We’ve been fortunate enough to experience both over the years, and each one has its own special kind of magic!

🎃 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party brings costumes, trick-or-treating through Magic Kingdom, special entertainment, and all those wonderful Halloween decorations!

🚢 Halloween on the High Seas brings the celebration aboard Disney Cruise Line, with festive decorations, costumes, special activities, and a little Halloween magic at sea!

Looking back through our family pictures reminds me of just how much fun we’ve had celebrating Halloween with Disney over the years. ❤️

And now I’m curious…

❤️ Take the trip. Make the memories. I truly cannot say this enough.

In just 14 days, we’ll be setting sail on the Disney Destiny, and our family has been having fun talking about what we’re going to wear for Pirate Night.

Then today, this picture popped up in my memories from a Disney cruise we took back in 2009.

There we were. Me, my husband, our two little boys, and my mom and dad, all dressed up for Pirate Night. 🏴‍☠️❤️

And it just stopped me for a minute.

We’ve been so incredibly blessed to share so many wonderful vacations together over the years. Disney cruises, Walt Disney World trips, and so many other adventures. Not just with our boys, but with grandparents and extended family, too.

And looking back, those are some of the most precious memories we have.

Our boys are grown now. We’re still traveling together, and I am so thankful for that. But goodness, what I wouldn’t give to go back to some of those trips when they were little, with my parents right there beside us.

My parents aren’t able to travel like that anymore, and I would give just about anything to have one more of those vacations with them.

But I am SO thankful we took the trips when we could. ❤️

I’m thankful for the pictures, the laughter, the silly Pirate Night costumes, and all the little moments we probably didn’t realize would mean so much one day.

Because here’s what I’ve learned over the years…

You don’t always realize you’re making some of your favorite memories while you’re living them.

One day, the kids are grown. Life looks different. The people you love get older. And those vacations that once seemed like just another family trip become memories you would give anything to experience one more time.

So please, take the trip.

It doesn’t have to be Disney. It doesn’t have to be a cruise. It doesn’t have to be extravagant or perfect.

Just go somewhere together. Spend the time. Take the pictures. Make the memories.

Because someday, those moments may mean more to you than you could ever imagine.

And I promise you, that’s something I will never regret spending our time or money on. ❤️

💜 A little Small Business Saturday thought from your travel advisor!

It’s Saturday morning, and I’ve already been up researching flight options for clients, checking on reservations, and working through some travel details.

And it got me thinking about something…

Of course you can book your own vacation! You can go online and reserve a Disney resort, book a cruise, or choose a beautiful all-inclusive resort.

But booking the vacation is really just the beginning.

What about all those little details that come along with it?

✈️ Researching flights and comparing schedules
🏰 Calling Disney about reservation changes and special requests
🚗 Coordinating airport transportation and transfers
👶 Arranging stroller rentals for families traveling with little ones
🏝️ Comparing Sandals Resorts, room categories, and special offers
📋 Keeping track of reservations, payments, deadlines, and important details

And then there’s the unexpected.

Plans change. Someone can no longer travel. A reservation needs to be modified. A question comes up that requires a phone call, and suddenly you’re spending your lunch break or Saturday morning on hold trying to get an answer.

That’s where I come in! 💜

Over the past couple of days, I’ve worked on all kinds of things for my clients, from Disney reservation modifications to researching flights, coordinating transportation, and helping couples find the right resort for their vacation.
It’s not always the glamorous side of travel planning, but it’s one of the most important parts of what I do.

Because when you book your vacation with me, you’re not just getting a reservation. You’re getting someone in your corner.

Someone who knows your travel plans, pays attention to the details, helps you understand your options, and is there when questions or unexpected situations come up.

And here’s something I wish more people realized…

For most vacations, you’re paying the same price you would booking directly, but you have the added benefit of someone helping you through the entire process.

I know how busy life gets. Between work, family, and everything else on your plate, sometimes the last thing you want to do is spend hours researching vacation options or sitting on hold.

That’s what I’m here for!

I genuinely love helping people plan vacations, but I also love being able to take some of that work and stress off their shoulders so they can focus on the fun part: making memories!

🏰 One thing I always consider when helping families choose a Walt Disney World resort? LOCATION!

And I’m not just talking about how pretty the resort is!

Where you stay can make a BIG difference in how you experience your vacation!

🚝 MONORAIL RESORTS
Staying at Disney’s Contemporary, Polynesian, or Grand Floridian can make getting to Magic Kingdom especially convenient, particularly with little ones and strollers!

🚡 SKYLINER RESORTS
Resorts like Pop Century, Art of Animation, Caribbean Beach, and Riviera offer Skyliner transportation to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. It’s a fun way to travel, and one of my favorite transportation options!

🚶‍♀️ WALKABLE RESORTS
This is one that sometimes gets overlooked! Guests staying at BoardWalk, Beach Club, and Yacht Club can walk to EPCOT’s International Gateway and even Hollywood Studios! And the Contemporary is within walking distance of Magic Kingdom!

⛴️ BOAT TRANSPORTATION
There’s something special about taking a boat to your destination! Resorts like Port Orleans Riverside, French Quarter, Old Key West, and Saratoga Springs offer boat transportation to Disney Springs. The EPCOT-area resorts also have Friendship Boats connecting the resorts with EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. And several Magic Kingdom-area resorts offer boat service as well!

🚌 BUS TRANSPORTATION
And don’t overlook resorts that primarily rely on buses! They can be wonderful options, especially when they offer the atmosphere, amenities, and price point that work best for your family.

But here’s the thing...

💜 The best Disney resort isn’t necessarily the most expensive one.

It’s the one that makes the most sense for YOUR family, your priorities, and the way you want to vacation.

Maybe being able to walk back to your resort after EPCOT fireworks is worth the extra cost. Maybe having Skyliner access is your priority. Or maybe you’d rather save on your resort and put that money toward special experiences!

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, and that’s exactly why I love helping families find the right fit!

Disney Cruise Line has officially revealed more details about its newest ship, and there is so much to look forward to!

From beautiful spaces inspired by some of our favorite Disney stories to incredible dining and entertainment, this ship is going to be something special!

Here’s a little preview of what’s coming aboard:

🌺 A stunning Grand Hall inspired by Moana
❄️ Oaken’s Table, a new Frozen-inspired dining experience
✨ Disney Encanto, an all-new Broadway-style stage production
🍎 Wishing Well, a lounge inspired by Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
🍬 Joyful Sweets, inspired by Inside Out

And that’s just the beginning!

Disney Believe will set sail on its maiden voyage December 18, 2027, from Fort Lauderdale, offering 4- and 5-night cruises to The Bahamas and Caribbean.
