One of our favorite ways to start the new year on the Gulf 🌿

Gulf State Park’s Annual First Day Hike is a perfect reset — fresh air, an easy walk, and time outdoors to kick off the year feeling grounded and energized.

If you’re staying with us at Lighthouse 1113, this is an easy way to experience the quieter side of the coast while still being close to everything.

Highly recommend adding this to your New Year plans.

Start your new year off right with Gulf State Park’s Annual First Day Hike!🥾The hike will depart from the Orange Beach Sportsplex at 9:00 AM, featuring a leisurely, 2-mile round-trip walk to the Butterfly Garden.

This is a great way to get moving, enjoy time in nature, and meet new friends. Don’t miss it!

Need to know info:
🚗When you arrive at the Sportsplex, continue to the second parking lot. The trailhead is located under the wooden archway at the back of the lot, along the tree line.
