A cancelled booking means…
I now have a 1 week July opening available. Do either Fri July 24-31 or Sat July 25-Aug 1 for $3500 total if you book direct. This includes cleaning fee and taxes. (I do require a fully refundable $500 damage deposit check). If you book through Air or VRBO it will be higher, but you can go that route if you prefer.
In peaceful, quiet, & relaxing Fort Morgan (unincorporated Gulf Shores), across from Tacky Jacks 2/Ft Morgan Marina, about 1.5 miles from the historic Fort Morgan fort, the new public fishing pier/boat launch & the Mobile Bay Ferry: 3/3, spacious 2200sqft home, sleeps 8, in The Dunes Homes gated community with recently renovated pool & hot tub & private access beach that’s only a 5-ish minute walk away (or you can simply park by the boardwalk). 2 Kings, 1 Full & 2 Twins. FULLY LOADED. Air fryer, crockpot, beach towels, chairs, umbrella , sand toys, etc. Balloon wheel beach wagon, too!
Beautiful Gulf views at this 2nd tier home. Only 6% tax. Rent direct to save fees or go through VRBO/Airbnb, if preferred. VIP Loyalty Program for return guests!
No smoking or animals due to my child’s medical condition.
