I was so fortunate to be able to attend the 2025 Annual Villamare Owners Dinner and Meeting. I learned so much about what Villamare has planned in the coming year. The biggest improvement this year is that the buildings are going to get a new PAINT job! The picture of the BUILDING III sign I have included is a sneak peak of the new colors. Other topics discussed were security, wildlife control, additional summer maintenance, and general upkeep of the property. I am proud to own in a community that values concern and care for our guests, building, and grounds.

To celebrate the new turtle nest on the beach out front of Villamare, book your summer vacation with me before Memorial Day (11:59pm 5/26/25) and I will dedicate a nest in honor of your family through the Hilton Head Sea Turtle Patrol. (You’ll get a certificate from them and email updates on where your nest is and when the 🐢 🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢hatch ❤️

Eeeeee!!! We have turtles 🐢 out front of Villamare! I was out to watch the sunrise and was so excited to see the orange tape going up!!!!
