This 2nd-floor, End Unit villa is steps away from the only elevator in the building...and right next to the stairs for easy loading and unloading...extremely close to parking. Handicap accessible.

Beautiful 1-Bedroom Condo w/Comfortable Sleeper Sofa for 2 and 2-bunk beds.

This Non-Smoking condo has Master bedroom with queen size bed, and adjoining bath. Two bunk beds built into the hallway (for 12 and under). Living room with queen sleeper, 55" 4K Amazon Fire Edition TV, FREE Wifi, Radio w/ Bluetooth. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining Table seats Four. Mounted Flat Screen Smart TV in Bedroom on a swivel mount!!

Clock Radio below TV offers Bluetooth connectivity. Keurig (K-cup) & a full coffee pot for multiple cups of coffee, Ceiling Fans are in the Living and Bedroom, which is also an upgrade as all Resort units were not built with them in mind. Personal work was done in order to wire the unit to make this happen.

Please know that Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, 1 set on each Bunk Bed, and 2 sets in a plastic bag by the Couch Sleeper Sofa (along with sheets & Pillow cases). Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.
