Hilton Head Resort includes 3 pools; 1 main outdoor pool (seasonally heated) in building 1, a smaller outdoor pool in building 4, and a heated indoor pool in building 3. Take a relaxing 6 minute stroll on the boardwalk to reach the beach, or ride the courtesy golf cart shuttle (seasonal). Enjoy Coco's on the Beach, the resort's oceanfront bar and grill with excellent food and fantastic drinks (closed November 1 through mid-March). Coco's has on site restrooms, just steps away from the beach. Unlock the ultimate getaway with Hilton Head Resort’s amazing amenities! * Sleeps 7. Your reservation allows parking for up to 2 vehicles. You'll have access to a beach cart and 4 beach chairs during your stay, at no charge. No beach towels are provided. You will have fresh sheets and bath towels, along with a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and dishwashing soap. Other things to note
No Pets per Resort policy. Resort will need access to the condo once the first Friday of every month for 5 minutes to perform pest control services. Condo and Resort Rules:
* Guests must by 21 or older to rent
* Pets are not allowed
* No Smoking or vaping. Smoking in designated areas of the resort only
* No hanging towels or clothing over balcony rails
* No glass containers at the pools or in the common areas
* Parking under buildings 3 and 4 are for cars only. No trucks, crossovers, or SUVs. You are responsible for any fines incurred.
* Children under 12 must be accompanied when using the pools or amenities
* No open flame candles
* Trailers, boats, commercial vehicles, etc, are not permitted to be parked on the property overnight
