And then there’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party — trick-or-treating around the Magic Kingdom, special entertainment, Halloween fireworks, the Boo-to-You parade, exclusive treats and plenty of character fun! 👻🍬

This photo was sent to me by clients who are currently enjoying a Universal Orlando Resort vacation, and I just had to share it!

They’re staying at Helios Grand Hotel, and they have been absolutely RAVING about the resort, the service, the view, and their experience so far. ❤️

And THIS VIEW?! 👀✨

Imagine waking up and seeing Epic Universe right outside your window! 🌌

🖤 The first time I hugged Mickey after COVID…

I don’t think I realized just how much that moment was going to mean to me until it happened.

Before COVID, hugging Mickey was just… part of Disney. You waited in line, you walked up, you hugged your favorite mouse, you took a picture, and you moved on to the next magical thing.

Then suddenly, we couldn’t.

The hugs stopped. The character interactions changed. We had to experience Disney from a little farther away.

And after months and months of missing so many of the little things we had taken for granted, finally walking up to Mickey and being able to wrap my arms around him again was emotional. 🥹❤️

It wasn’t just a hug.

It represented getting something back.

Normalcy. Joy. Magic. A tiny piece of the Disney experience that COVID had taken away.

I remember thinking, “Oh my gosh… we’re really back.”

And yes, I absolutely cried. Because apparently I’m incapable of having a normal emotional response at Disney. 😂😭

That photo of me hugging Mickey will always be special—not because it’s a picture with Mickey, but because I remember exactly what that hug felt like.

Sometimes it’s the simplest Disney moments that become the ones you treasure the most. ✨

And that’s one of the reasons I will never stop telling people:

Don’t take the magic for granted. ❤️

If you’re at EPCOT TODAY, you might want to make a beeline for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind because Disney is doing something VERY special for September 21st. 💃🕺

🚨 TODAY ONLY:
When you ride Cosmic Rewind, you’ll hear “September” by Earth, Wind & Fire! 🎶✨

Yep. The song that was basically destined for this day.

Normally, Cosmic Rewind randomly selects from its playlist of songs… but today, there’s only ONE song getting the spotlight.

SEPTEMBER. 🌟

And honestly, riding through the galaxy with Star-Lord, Rocket, Groot and the Guardians while Earth, Wind & Fire is blasting?

✨ ABSOLUTELY ICONIC. ✨

Cosmic Rewind is already my favorite ride at Disney, but today it gets a little extra magical.

So if you’re lucky enough to be at EPCOT on the 21st night of September…

You better ride it. 😂🎶🚀

If you haven’t experienced Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Walt Disney World yet, put this one on your Disney must-do list! 🎶✨

This attraction takes you deep into the Louisiana bayou with Princess Tiana, Louis the alligator, and a whole crew of new friends as they search for the perfect ingredients for Tiana’s big celebration!

And let me tell you… this is WAY more than just a re-theme of an old attraction. 👀

🌿 THE STORY!
You’re joining Tiana after the events of The Princess and the Frog as she prepares for a special celebration. Along the way, things don’t exactly go according to plan, and you’ll encounter some seriously fun characters and musical moments.

🎶 THE MUSIC!
If you love The Princess and the Frog, you’re going to LOVE this part. You’ll hear familiar favorites along with new music created specifically for the attraction.

🐸 THE CHARACTERS!
Tiana, Louis and some adorable new bayou friends bring this ride to life with incredible audio-animatronics. And yes… there are some moments where you’ll want to stop and take it all in!

💦 AND THEN THERE’S THE DROP!
This is still a water ride, friends! 😂💦

It feels like you’ve stepped directly into Tiana’s world. It has music, storytelling, humor, gorgeous scenery, characters you love AND a little thrill.
