ical passenger concerns should cause little anxiety,

•Second, we work closely with area mental health practitioners who use state-of-the-art cognitive behavioral therapy including relaxation exercises and exposure techniques,

•Third, we will visit some of the facilities (e.g. air traffic control, maintenance) that make aviation so safe,

•Finally, in some instances, exposure to the flight environment will be an important step in resolving your fear.

Jun 2026. Congrats to Casey, Ryan and Kody on their graduation flight to/from Dallas today after completion of our fear-of-flying mini-class last weekend. The flight also proved instructive as to how a panic attack WILL and ALWAYS passes. Great job guys!!!

13 Dec, 2025. Congrats to Yasmine K for her successful practice flight today. Although Yasmine flies, she is very anxious requiring a glass of wine prior to the flight. After a 1-on-1 with her and a flight simulator session this week, Yasmine completed a flight today to/from Dallas without alcohol. Well done Yasmine!

Congrats to Genesis P-enroute to Pittsburgh for work. Genesis had completed our workshop last year after tiring of declining job offers that required air travel. She emphasizes the need to do the practice flight "immediately after the class." Way to go gal!

Sep 2025. Alton, who completed our summer workshop and a flight simulator session, is reaping the benefits of mastering his flying anxiety. Looks like he's having a blast spying for alligators in the Louisiana swamps with his GF after a flying there via Dallas. A HEARTY congrats to Alton! Aug 2025. Flying is all about doing things important to YOU. Elmer's parents were celebrating their 50 year wedding anniversary/renewing their vows in El Salvador -quite an accomplishment esp since both had successfully navigated life-threatening illnesses. CONGRATS to both of them and Elmer for mastering his fear of flying to attend this wonderful event after our July workshop.
