Four wonderful years. One bittersweet goodbye. 🦜
With a heavy heart, we are saying farewell to Lora Square.
When Joey first approached me with the idea of a vacation rental (Quadplex at that), overwhelmed is how I spiraled. Then Tesi & Tiffany blew us away with their ideas and creative style. They created Joey’s dream, which in turn, became my baby. I’d like to say we all took turns adoring and caring for Lora Square. She is much more than a vacation rental, she’s a place where memories were made for many. She has hosted family and friends throughout the world (one of my personal favorite things to do), gave families comfort in knowing their pets were welcome to stay, she hosted family reunions, snowbirds, locals who needed a place to stay during their home renovations, softball teams, crew members from other countries, and countless travelers just passing through.
We are so grateful to have worked with local vendors, “mom & pop shops, social media influencer, photographers, realtors, friends whom have referred us and a huge THANK YOU to Harbour House Oceanfront Venue, Melbourne Flight School, Tapped Hot sauce, and Salty Rayz for all their support, partnership and referrals throughout the years.
To our amazing team who made all of this possible; Joe Couturier at The Mortgage Firm for literally EVERYTHING, Tesi & Tiffany at VIP investments for putting their heart into their management and design expertise, “Uncle” Terry and Billy for putting in so many hours and making every deadline, Pamela & Christine for keeping it pristine, and for me, Jenny, guess I’ve been like the godmother these last few years. I’m sure gonna miss connecting, collaborating, w**e nights, and giving shout-outs to local hardworking businesses and of course posting my morning beach stories.
Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts, this has been a wonderful journey that we purely enjoyed sharing. What started as a dream became something so much bigger than we ever imagined.
Looking forward to new beginnings and adventures!
Parting ways but still family.
