We are a Long Island based Lawn Sprinkler Service and Installation Company. Our goal is to provide quality service to all of our existing and new customers. After being in this industry for 20+ years we have learned what it takes to provide a reliable service and meet customer needs. Today started with a 6 zone install and finished with a pump replacement in Cutchogue where another company didn’t properly winterize the pump and bailed on the client. With the end of the day being some much needed start up service for a client we lost last year but were requested back to this year. All of their properties were completely neglected in 10 months. 4 down, 3 to go!

Pictured here is a commercial site we were awarded a contract for this season. Upon arrival you can imagine my thought process with the condition of the grounds. A landscape (non-licensed irrigation contractor) contractor has been charging the previous maintenance provider for service for over 8 years and never once shut the system off. Not that it was in working condition… I’m never surprised with what I come across… Needless to say, we shut off the water and controller, scheduled a permanent termination and suspended service moving forward to save our provider and their client thousands for years to come. Just be honest, it’s a better way of life and business.

Every season I’m amazed at how companies will turn their backs on their clients after a specific date. “Sorry we put the machines away” well we put ours away too, but in the 25 minutes it took to take it out, we made a new connection and helped someone avoid a serious issue.
