Conanicut Marine Services Inc. (CMS) is a full-service marina with a boat yard facility located a few hundred yards from the harbor. The Taylor Point Boat Yard provides 10 acres of secure indoor and outdoor storage and state-of-the-art shop facilities—heated indoor storage is also available. Professional craftsmen, ABYC-certified technicians, have extensive experience with all marine systems associated with sail and power vessels including mechanical service, refits and electrical upgrades. Conanicut Marine Ship's Store and Chandlery is a fully-stocked marine store and the Conanicut Marine Gift Shop (same location) are located just a few blocks from the marina. The marina provides a courtesy shuttle for marina guests to all island locations. There’s convenient parking, a deli, restaurants and a liquor store nearby. Other island features include a public golf course, farmers’ market, grocery store and laundromat. Dockmaster: Steve Munger.

The Jamestown Newport Ferry operation, run by CMS and based at Conanicut Marina, provides regular Hop-On Hop-Off ferry service from Jamestown to Newport. A round-trip unreserved ticket connects five hot spots that include Jamestown, Rose Island Lighthouse (closed Fridays in early spring/summer) and Newport at Fort Adams (Alofsin Pier), Ann Street Pier and Perrotti Park at 39 America’s Cup Avenue.
