ay. Conveniently located in North Kihei away from the touristy areas, yet centrally located to explore the entire island. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and more all located within a short 5-10 minute drive. The complex has numerous fruit trees to enjoy as well as fragrant foliage blooming year round. A short one minute walk across the road will have your toes in the golden sand with shallow waters to enjoy cooling off, long walks on the beach, or a sensational sunset. Both of these ocean view, legal vacation rentals, are 2 bedroom, 1 bath units with a spacious private, ocean view lanai.

🎉 Cool Cats Café is celebrating one year in Kihei! 🎉

We stopped by for the fun—classic cars, colorful parrots and macaws (straight from Lahaina! and now relocated to South Maui Gardens) and of course, their famous burgers and shakes. 🍔🥤

Cool Cats has quickly become a favorite in Kihei’s casual dining scene!

Did you ever visit their original location on Lahaina’s Front Street? It was a true Maui landmark spot. 💙🌴 🍔

It’s wild to think we’ve never shared the full transformation of Kihei Holiday #220—until now. 📸   This wasn’t just an update; it was a complete reinvention. From dated 1990s mauve and florals to a bright, modern coastal escape, every detail was thoughtfully reimagined 💫

Here’s what we did: 🔨 Took it down to the studs—literally. We raised ceilings, removed walls, replaced old tile with durable vinyl, and opened up the entire layout to highlight those epic ocean views.
 🍳 Rebuilt the kitchen with upscale appliances and custom acacia wood floating shelves to keep the space sleek, open, and guest-friendly.
 🚿 Increased the hallway and bathroom ceilings to 10 feet and added a rainfall showerhead for that luxe spa-like feel.
 🛏 Vaulted the bedroom ceilings to bring in light and space—goodbye, boxy 8-foot walls.
 🎨 Finished it off with custom surfboards from Maui and Oahu artists, hand-carved Koa paddles, and Hawaii prints to showcase a bit of island soul in every corner.
