Being in the room where it happened…

This conference I’m attending is truly special. This is the tech I use to manage trips, all aspects of it. If you’ve traveled with me as your advisor, you’ve also used it. I would never have imagined being at a “tech” conference would be so much fun, but here we are. Second one I’ve attended and it didn’t disappoint. I was also lucky enough to be part of a small group of fans to attend the first LIVE Tern Flight Path podcast. I listen to all the episodes but watching in real time, the hosts are so endearing. I love when we can mix both businesses in one trip!

In New Orleans for a travel conference so we visit the Sazerac House, did a wh***ey tasting and tour. A fun way to spend our afternoon.

Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001.

We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the brave first responders who ran toward danger when every instinct said to run away.

We also remember how, for a little while, we weren’t divided by politics, opinions or backgrounds. We were simply Americans—grieving together, helping one another and holding our loved ones a little closer.

May we never forget. 🇺🇸

Did you know that if you:
• get off your ship in Rotterdam
• take a taxi to your hotel in Amsterdam (check in and leave your bags)
• get on the bus to Amsterdam Centraal
• take a train to Utrecht Centraal
• take a canal cruise around Utrecht
• climb 465 steps to the top of Dom Tower for the best views
• eat some ice cream
• find all the Miffy statues
• and eat dinner at a canal side pizzeria with your crew

Today was a great sea day! As beautiful as Norway is - it isn’t too warm and I was happy to be headed south to the sunshine and it was there ready to greet me ☀️☀️. I love watching the ocean from my cabin balcony.

Last day of excursions - UNESCO World Heritage Site Stave Church, a working shipyard and enjoying the quaint town of Skjolden which is on the very inside of the longest traversable fjord in Norway. All so breathtaking and we are so blessed to be able to experience it. Another bucket list destination ✔️✔️

Today was another History Channel curated tour The history is very interesting, the sights are wonderful and mesmerizing. The unfortunate thing for me is so much information is shared but I don’t retain it. But I can tell you that you should experience it for yourself. You will not be disappointed !
