As a travel agency owner, there are a lot of things you must force yourself to do and step outside of your comfort zone.

For me… it’s meet and greets. 😆🫣🫠

Don’t love it.
But I know our clients love it.
I do it for the ‘gram and I do it for the families that are getting ready to travel so they can see WHO makes Universal Orlando Resort even more of a memorable family vacation.

How could we forget? 🇺🇸

We spent our ride to school this morning going over the events of September 11th, 2001. I relayed the facts, which seem so surreal even today. I also shared where I was as a senior in high school, watching it all unfold in the front office in Colorado. It is important to know not just the history, but the hurt that was caused and still felt today.

I conveyed the hard stuff.
The loss.
The helplessness.
The complete shock.
The destruction.
The heroism.

Our family remembers. 🤍

On our last trip to NYC, I was in our taxi heading to the hotel and I saw this building. The words on it gave me hope.

Walk Humbly With God.
Love Thy Neighbor.
