It’s our advisor work day and we LOVE getting to spend it at !

We chatted about many items (what happens at KBrew stays at KBrew 😆) but some of our main topics were:
-quoting Universal with Express Passes
-our Disneyland agency trip
-making sure to have work boundaries in place
-best practices for client services
-and even a little bit about our exciting THANK YOU event coming up for our AMAAB families who have used us in the past (more on that later 😉).

Thankful for our crew and the way they invest not only in their clients, but also in our team and growing their personal travel advisor business.

We would like to introduce you to ✨Callie Lillie✨!

Callie Lillie is an East Tennessee girl! Having grown up just outside of Knoxville, she calls this area home and loves the people around her. Traveling has been a passion of hers for many years. She was fortunate enough to have parents who provided her with many opportunities to travel as a young girl, especially to Walt Disney World! After going to Disney world with friends as an adult, she quickly realized her passion for all things Disney and began learning more about “The Disney Experience” as a fun hobby. Callie has since planned multiple trips within the Disney bubble for her family. As a mom, experiencing Disney World and Disneyland with her child has been one of her greatest joys (especially Cinderella’s Castle!) With a husband who is an avid lover of travel, it has also been a fun way for them to have quality time together while doing something they both enjoy. As a nurse by profession, Callie has a service minded heart and will carry that through when helping others plan their vacations.

Whether you want an adventure that discovers the Disney Magic, or a quiet, relaxing week by a beautiful beach in the Caribbean, Callie will make sure those dreams become your reality. Callie views vacation as a time to regroup and make special memories with loved ones that will last a lifetime. Memories are priceless - they cannot be bought! She will make sure to serve each person with attention to detail and awareness of priorities within each vacation. Her goal is that families and friends will utilize the opportunity to escape the busyness of day to day life and return back to their home relaxed and rested. 🍉FIVE Tips for ENJOYING theme parks during a HOT summer☀️

We aren’t going to pretend that Summertime isn’t intense down south, but we are going to say that this time of year can still be enjoyed while on vacation at your favorite theme park!

Our crew knows some really great tips (from experience!!) to help you enjoy your next thrilling family trip…

🥤 HYDRATE : make sure you pack a water bottle and refill often
🚝 BREAKS : be open to taking breaks during the day and seek the AC
📋 PLAN SMART : think ahead by alternating air conditioned rides and outside rides
🧳 PACK WELL : make sure you pack things to keep you cool (we will help make sure you know what these items are!)
💦 WATER PARK : cool off as both and have water parks that you can visit to balance the heat.

With so many Disney details around every corner, the entirety of Walt Disney World feels like a playground while on vacation!

We would like to introduce you to ✨Jennifer Aiken✨!

Jennifer was born and raised in the Tri-Cities area of Tennessee. Her magical memories started early when she first went to Disney World at six years old. That initial trip made such an impact that she, along with her family, continued to travel to Disney World every summer of her childhood. Even though the frequency of the trips slowed down once she got older, her love of Disney never faded.
Jennifer moved to Knoxville, TN, to attend college, and began a decade-long teaching career after graduating with her master’s degree. As a former teacher, Jennifer has excellent organizational skills and is great with multi-tasking. These skills are imperative when it comes to managing multiple itineraries and assisting different clients.
Travel returned and became a large part of Jennifer’s life when she met her husband, John, who is a commercial pilot. In addition to their frequent travels to WDW, they have also enjoyed Universal Studios Orlando Resort, Jamaica, St. Lucia, and various other cities and states with beautiful beaches in the United States.
Their son began traveling to Disney World with them when he was only six months old, and he has grown to love it just as much as his parents. She believes that you are never too young to start your love of the parks! Planning these trips for her own family, as well as visiting as a Disney loving adult later in life, has given her the experiences needed to help build itineraries for families of all ages. Additionally, being an Annual Passholder for the last five years has allowed Jennifer to learn a great deal about different aspects of a WDW vacation. She would love to help your family plan a MAGICAL vacation of your dreams!
