http://globetrottingcalcmama.com I love a good all-inclusive resort(I've been to Sandals, Dreams, and Secrets brands), both family friendly and adults only, and cruising is quickly becoming one of my favorite vacation options as well. Though I am fairly new as a travel advisor, I have enjoyed traveling for many years - some of my favorite locations are the Dominican Republic and Jamaica. I am also a Walt Disney World annual passholder, so a quick trip to Orlando is always one of my favorite options as well.

Different festival, same favorite place. 🎨➡️🍷✨

The EPCOT festivals are some of my absolute favorite Disney experiences—but somehow, I’ve never really gotten to experience Food & Wine the way I’ve wanted to.

So…apparently I’m the kind of person who books a solo Disney trip now. 😂✈️🏰

In about 40 days, I’m heading to Walt Disney World for a very quick Sunday-to-Wednesday getaway—just me, a room in Gran Destino Tower, two full park days, and plenty of time at Food & Wine!

I’m excited, a little nervous, and fully prepared to do exactly what I want, whenever I want. After all the chaos and stress, this little reset feels pretty perfect. 💜

Solo Disney era, here I come!

But how’s the FOOD at Sandals Ochi? 👀🇯🇲

Let’s just say…we definitely didn’t go hungry. 😂

Steak dinners, Italian, Jamaican patties, breakfast, desserts, room service—and plenty more that apparently I ate without photographing. 🤣

And that’s one of my favorite things about an all-inclusive: order what you want, try something new, grab dessert, order another entrée…you’re on vacation. 💁🏻‍♀️

🇯🇲 SANDALS JAMAICA COMEBACK: OCHI

Oh, Ochi. This one has a little history. ❤️

In 2010, Andy and I came to Jamaica as newlyweds and honeymooned at Sandals Ochi. We had absolutely no idea that 15 years later I’d be a travel advisor who had visited Sandals resorts all over Jamaica. 😂

I eventually made my way back to Ochi during the Sandals Jamaica Love Tour — this time seeing it through the eyes of a travel advisor.

And then last summer, while celebrating our 15th anniversary at Sandals Dunn’s River, we made our way back to Ochi for dinner.

Same island. Same resort. Very different chapters of our lives.

And YES, some of these pictures are straight out of 2010. 😂 Swipe through and you’ll see just how much has changed!

Jamaica has always been special to us, and Ochi is a pretty big reason why. 🇯🇲❤️

As Jamaica makes its comeback, I’m sharing the Sandals & Beaches resorts I’ve personally experienced — what makes each one different, who I’d recommend it for, and a few memories I’ve made along the way.
