The questions I ask aren’t just part of the process they ARE the process. ✨

Before I recommend a resort, I want to understand:

Who’s traveling?
What matters most?
What are you comfortable spending?
What kind of experience do you want?
And most importantly… what actually fits?

Because those answers change the recommendation.

I could give you a list of 10 resorts and let you figure it out.

Or I can narrow it down to the options that actually make sense for your family.

That’s my definition of personalized planning. ❤️

Start with these three things:

What matters most to your family?
What’s your realistic budget?
What kind of vacation do you actually want?

Once those are clear, choosing the right resort, tickets, dining, and experiences becomes so much easier.

Don’t start with the booking. Start with YOU. ❤️

That’s where personalized planning begins.

Is Disney worth it?

I think that’s actually the wrong question.

Because a $2,500 Disney vacation can be a better vacation for one family than an $8,000 trip is for another.

Of course cost matters. But value is personal.

Maybe your family values a great resort.
Maybe it’s amazing food.
Maybe it’s convenience.
Maybe it’s maximizing park time.
Maybe it’s simply having those memories together.

There’s no one right answer.

That’s why I start with your priorities before I start recommending anything.

Maybe it’s an amazing resort.
Maybe it’s the food.
Maybe it’s convenience.
Maybe it’s having experiences your family will talk about for years.

The more I travel, the more I realize there isn’t one definition of a “perfect” vacation.

It’s about getting the things that matter most to YOU right.

That’s what I try to uncover when I plan a vacation.

Because the best trip isn’t necessarily the most luxurious one.

It’s the one that feels right for your family. ❤️

A dining plan isn’t automatically the right choice for every family. 🍽️✨

Some families love the convenience and predictability of having meals paid for ahead of time.

Others would rather pay as they go and keep things flexible.

Some families want character meals and lots of table service.

Others are happiest grabbing a quick meal and getting right back to the parks.

Your eating style matters.

That’s why I don’t automatically add a dining plan to a vacation.

I look at what your family actually wants and whether the plan makes sense for your trip and your budget.

Because the question isn’t “Is the dining plan good?”

It’s “Is it good for YOU?” ❤️

That’s one of the things I consider when helping my clients decide if a Disney dining plan makes sense.

I also look at:
• What your family actually eats
• How many table-service meals you want
• Character dining
• Whether you’ll use the credits
• How it fits into your overall budget

Sometimes the dining plan is absolutely worth it. Sometimes paying out of pocket makes more sense.

The question isn’t whether the dining plan is good.
It’s whether it’s good for YOU. ❤️

If you’re stuck between two Disney resorts, don’t just compare the price. ✨

This is where the planning behind the scenes really matters.

Two resorts can have very different price tags but that doesn’t automatically mean one is the better choice.

When I’m comparing options for a family, I’m looking at:

📍 Location — Where are you spending most of your time?
🚎 Transportation — How are you getting there and how much time will it save?
🛏️ Room setup — Does the room actually work for your family?
🏨 Resort experience — Will you use and enjoy what you’re paying for?
✨ What you'll actually use — Are those upgrades meaningful to YOU?
💰 Total cost — What is the real difference once everything is considered?

Sometimes the more expensive resort is absolutely worth it.

Sometimes the less expensive option makes far more sense.

And sometimes, once we look at what your family actually needs, the two options are surprisingly close in value.

That’s why I don’t just compare resorts. I compare them based on YOU. ❤️

When I recommend a resort, there’s a lot that goes into getting to that recommendation.

I’m looking at:

🏨 Room types and space
📍 Location
🚡 Transportation
💰 Pricing
📋 Policies
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Your family’s needs
✨ And the experience you actually want

Because the resort that looks great on paper isn’t necessarily the resort that makes the most sense for your vacation.

That research is one of my favorite parts of travel planning.

I love taking all of those details and turning them into a recommendation that actually fits your family.

The details matter.

And that’s what personalized planning looks like. ❤️
