What if you could bring a little bit of EPCOT's Food & Wine Festival home for dinner?
In our latest Pixie Adventures and Beyond adventure, we're traveling to Belgium through food with a cozy, family-friendly meal featuring Belgian-style braised beef and smoked Gouda mashed potatoes.
This might just be one of my favorite comfort food meals we've made so far in our EPCOT Around the World series.
Fair warning: the mashed potatoes alone are worth making.

And honestly?
