Once your deposit is placed and your reservation is secured, that's when we really start getting into the planning process.

From your client welcome packet and planning timeline to your client portal filled with resources and guides, my goal is to make sure you always know what comes next and have the information you need right at your fingertips.

Preferred room ≠ upgraded room 👀

At Disney Value and Moderate Resorts, a preferred room gives you the same room as a standard room. You’re simply paying for a more convenient location.

📍 Closer to transportation
🍽️ Closer to dining
🏊‍♀️ Closer to the main pool
🏨 Closer to the lobby & resort amenities

For some families, especially at larger resorts, that convenience can be absolutely worth the extra cost. For others, saving that money for dining, Lightning Lane, or something else may make more sense.

That’s why there isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to Disney planning.

This is exactly the kind of thing I help my clients weigh when choosing the right resort and room category for their family.

Almost $3,000 saved for my clients just this morning. 👏🏼💰

Disney dropped new 2027 promotions today, and while my clients were going about their day, I was behind the scenes checking reservations.

I’m watching for new promotions, checking eligibility, comparing the savings, and automatically applying qualifying discounts to my clients’ reservations.

They don’t have to remember to check. They don’t have to figure out the fine print. They don’t have to call Disney.

That’s part of the value of having a travel agent in your corner.

My job doesn’t stop when I book your vacation! I’m continuing to watch for opportunities to make your trip better, easier, and potentially save you money along the way.

And today, that added up to almost $3,000 in savings across multiple families. ✨

🌴 Caribbean Beach vs. Port Orleans Riverside 🌿

If you’re looking for a Disney moderate resort that can accommodate 5, these two are definitely worth comparing!

They both offer fifth sleeper rooms, but the overall experience is VERY different. One has the Skyliner, a tropical vibe, and a great feature pool, while the other offers a more relaxed atmosphere, and boat transportation to Disney Springs.
So which one would should you choose for your family? It depends!

That’s why I don’t believe in recommending resorts based on price alone. Your family, priorities, transportation preferences, and vacation style all play a role in finding the right fit.

Which one would you pick — Caribbean Beach or Riverside?

As a reminder… I can help with your Universal vacations too! 💙

One of the things I love about Universal is that, unlike Disney, it doesn’t require quite as much intense pre-planning. You could literally book a Universal vacation and be there a week later!

BUT… that doesn’t mean booking Universal is always straightforward.

There are so many different ticket types, resort options, and package elements, and if you don’t know what each one includes, it can get a little confusing.

Does your ticket include all of the parks?
Which Universal resorts include Unlimited Express Pass?
Do you need a park-to-park ticket?
Which hotel is the best fit for your family?

These are the details I help my clients navigate so we can make sure we are booking EXACTLY what you want and need for your vacation..without paying for things you don’t need or accidentally leaving something out.

Disney Cruise Line uses dynamic pricing, which means prices can increase as ships begin to fill.
