Labor Day Weekend at the lake is a big one. The 177th Walworth County Fair rolls through Monday with Lynyrd Skynyrd on Saturday night and a Demolition Derby finale, FURTHUR Festival takes over Jennings Holler all four days, and Honeycrisp Fest kicks off apple season at Royal Oak Farm. Add an Elvis tribute at Geneva Stage, Concerts in the Park in Delavan, Sunday brunch at Baker House 1885 and Music Mondays at The Getaway, and you have four full days of reasons to stay through Monday.

The 64th annual Venetian Festival takes over Flat Iron Park all weekend long, and the rest of the lake is not slowing down either.

Friday brings a Jimmy Buffett tribute at the Belfry and dueling pianos at The Cove. Saturday adds the Lakeside Literary Festival, music at the Phoenix Park Bandshell, and goat yoga at Old World Wisconsin. Sunday winds down with the Geneva Outdoor Market and brunch at the Baker House.

Friday opens with a free water ski thrill show at Lauderdale Landing and the Neil Diamond tribute at the Belfry Music Theatre. Saturday brings Saturdays on the Square in Elkhorn, live music at the Phoenix Park Bandshell, and the B**r Barons cruise from Black Point Estate.
