✨ WOW… What a 3rd and final day of inspections! ✨

Today we had the opportunity to inspect the incredible Disney Wish 🚢🏰, and what an amazing ship!

From the moment you walk into the beautiful Grand Hall, you immediately feel that Disney magic. ✨ We explored the many different restaurants and dining experiences, entertainment areas, pools, lounges, and some truly impressive staterooms.

And Disney definitely knows how to take care of the kids! 👧🧒 There are incredible spaces designed for children of all ages, from the younger ones to teens, with so many activities that they may never want to leave!

But don’t worry, adults — Disney didn’t forget about us! 🍷🥂 There are adults-only restaurants, lounges, quiet spaces, and areas where you can relax and enjoy a little grown-up time while the kids are having their own adventures.

We also got to see firsthand the amazing attention to detail throughout the ship. From the themed dining and Broadway-style entertainment to the AquaMouse water attraction, pools, beautiful outdoor decks, and all those little Disney touches around every corner, there is truly something for everyone.

After spending the last few days inspecting Disney Resorts and now the Disney Wish, we have even more firsthand knowledge to help our clients choose the Disney vacation that fits their family best.

🏰✨ Disney Resort Tour — Stop #5: Disney’s BoardWalk Inn! ✨🏰

Our 5th and final resort stop on Day 1 was the beautiful Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, and what a way to finish the day!

This resort definitely has an upscale, deluxe feel, with so much charm and character. Inspired by the classic seaside resorts of the Atlantic Coast, the BoardWalk area makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. 🎡🌊

One of the things we loved most was the location. You’re within walking distance of EPCOT and can also walk or take a boat to Hollywood Studios. That convenience can be a huge plus for families who want to spend lots of time in the parks!

The BoardWalk itself is such a fun area, with restaurants, entertainment, shops, and beautiful views along the water. At night, the whole area really comes alive. 🌙✨

The resort rooms and common areas were beautiful, and you can definitely see why this is considered one of Disney’s Deluxe Resorts.

After visiting 5 Disney resorts in one day, we came away with an even better understanding of just how different each resort can be. There truly is a Disney resort for every family, budget, and vacation style.

🏕️ Disney Resort Tour Stop #4 — Disney’s Wilderness Lodge! 🌲✨

If you’re looking for that out-West, Pacific Northwest lodge feel while still enjoying all the magic of Disney, Wilderness Lodge is definitely the place!

The moment you walk into the lobby, you can’t help but say WOW! It is absolutely massive, with soaring ceilings, huge timber beams, stone fireplaces, and incredible details everywhere you look. It truly feels like you’ve stepped into one of America’s great National Park lodges.

We toured the property, checked out the rooms and common areas, and were so impressed with how beautiful and peaceful this resort feels. Outside, you’ll find gorgeous landscaping, waterfalls, walking paths, pools, and views of Bay Lake. 🌲💦

One of the great things about Wilderness Lodge is that you can enjoy this relaxing, rustic atmosphere while still being just a boat ride away from Magic Kingdom! 🚤🏰

This is a Deluxe Disney Resort that I think families will absolutely love—especially if you enjoy the outdoors, rustic elegance, and having plenty to explore right at your resort.

Another beautiful Disney property and another one I’m excited to be able to recommend from firsthand experience!

🏰✨ Disney Resort Tour — Stop #3: Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort! ✨🏰

I think we may have found my favorite resort of the day! ❤️

Although Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is considered a Moderate Resort, it could easily pass for a Deluxe in my book. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by just how beautiful and upscale this property feels.

The resort blends Spanish, Mexican, and Southwest influences with gorgeous landscaping, fountains, courtyards, and waterfront views. The public spaces are absolutely stunning, and the rooms we toured were just as impressive.

🌴 Beautiful resort grounds
✨ Elegant and upscale atmosphere
🛏️ Gorgeous, comfortable rooms
🍽️ Fantastic dining and lounges
🏨 The stunning Gran Destino Tower
🌅 Beautiful views around Lago Dorado
🏊 Great pools, including the Dig Site Pool with its Mayan pyramid
💼 A wonderful option for couples, families, and even business or convention travelers

Gran Destino Tower really gives this resort that Deluxe feel without officially being in Disney’s Deluxe category.

This is exactly why we take the time to personally tour and inspect these resorts. Pictures online only tell part of the story. Seeing the rooms, grounds, restaurants, transportation options, and overall atmosphere firsthand helps us match our clients with the Disney resort that fits them best.

Coronado Springs definitely moved way up my list! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

🎨 Disney Resort Inspection Day – Stop #2: Disney’s Art of Animation Resort! 🎨

Our second resort inspection of the day took us to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, and what a wonderful choice for families looking for a fun, budget-friendly Disney experience! 🏰✨

This resort is all about putting you right in the middle of some of Disney and Pixar’s most loved movies. The resort is divided into four incredible themed areas:

🐠 Finding Nemo
🚗 Cars
🦁 The Lion King
🧜‍♀️ The Little Mermaid

Most of the accommodations here are Family Suites, which can sleep up to 6 guests and offer families extra space, two bathrooms and a kitchenette — a huge plus when traveling with kids! The Little Mermaid section features traditional hotel rooms instead of suites.

A little Disney history: the buildings that became the Little Mermaid section were originally planned as part of Disney’s Pop Century Resort, before plans changed and Art of Animation was created.

We toured the resort from top to bottom, checking out the common areas, pools, dining, transportation and the different themed sections. We also inspected the Family Suites — and of course, I chose the Cars Family Suite! 🚗🏁 The theming throughout the Cars section makes you feel like you walked straight into Radiator Springs!

Another huge perk is the Disney Skyliner, giving guests convenient transportation to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. 🚡

And you can’t talk about Art of Animation without mentioning the Big Blue Pool, the Finding Nemo-themed centerpiece and the largest resort pool at Walt Disney World! 🐠💦

We also stopped for a fabulous lunch at Landscape of Flavors before continuing our resort inspections. 🍽️

For families who want great Disney theming, extra room, fun pools and convenient transportation without jumping to a Deluxe Resort, Art of Animation is definitely one to consider.

These inspections are why we get out and experience the resorts ourselves. We want to know what they’re really like so we can recommend the right resort for your family and your budget.

🏰 Disney Resort Inspection Day – Stop #1: Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside! 🏰

Today we kicked off our Disney Resort inspection tour, visiting 5 Disney Resorts, and our first stop was the beautiful Port Orleans Riverside!

What a gorgeous Moderate Resort! From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by Southern charm, beautiful landscaping, winding pathways, peaceful waterways, and that relaxed Louisiana-inspired atmosphere. 🌳⚜️

We spent time checking out the common areas, dining options, pools, recreation areas, transportation options, and overall layout of the resort. We also had the opportunity to inspect the newly renovated Royal Guest Rooms — and Disney did a wonderful job! 👑✨ The rooms are filled with special Disney touches while still keeping that elegant Southern feel.

One of the things we really liked about Riverside is the combination of a peaceful resort atmosphere with plenty for families to enjoy, including the themed pool, boat transportation to Disney Springs, and easy access to neighboring Port Orleans French Quarter.

This is exactly why we take the time to personally visit and inspect resorts. Pictures online can only tell you so much — we want to experience them ourselves so we can help match our clients with the Disney Resort that fits them best.
