Last week I had the opportunity to join Global Travel Collection’s Circle Soiree in New York, the dinner honoring GTC’s top producers. This is my third year in a row being recognized as a member of The Circle, and I’m incredibly proud to be in that room again alongside colleagues from across the GTC network and leadership from Internova.

It was a quick trip, but a great one, with a few hotel visits and a dinner with colleagues and partners I don’t get to see often enough.

Thank you to GTC and Internova for the recognition, and to Delta, Hilton, and our hotel partners for hosting such a beautiful evening.

Dorchester Collection is ten hotels across London, the English countryside, Paris, Milan, Rome, Los Angeles and Dubai, each with its own character and connection to the place it calls home. The first slide is a suite at Hotel Eden in Rome with the windows open over the rooftops, and the second is The Dorchester on Park Lane with the flower boxes in bloom above the entrance.

Gov’t Mule kicks off their fall tour this Wednesday, September 23 at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in New York City, and we are so happy to support Warren Haynes and the whole band as they head back out on the road! The Dreaming the Same Dream Tour with Ziggy Marley runs 16 shows from New York through Asheville, Raleigh and Richmond, six stops in Florida, Atlanta and on to Texas, wrapping October 17.

Another successful summer run for Goose. The tour opened June 13 in Toronto and closed last night in Colorado, with a stop at Madison Square Garden, three nights at Red Rocks, and a West Coast stretch through San Diego, Los Angeles, Seattle and Vancouver along the way. Congratulations to Goose and the whole touring crew on a great summer, and we’ll see you out there on the fall run.

I had the opportunity to attend the Delta Entertainment & Production Summit in Chicago as a member of the Delta Entertainment & Production Advisory Board, alongside representatives from Fox, Disney, Netflix, UTA and many more, for conversations on what artists, crews and productions need when they travel.

One of the topics closest to my work was routing between Los Angeles and Chicago for touring and production clients, and having the chance to advocate directly with the airline for the entertainers we work with is a great opportunity.

These conversations help shape Delta’s strategy, which includes increasing premium cabin space, upgrading its fleet, adding routes that support entertainment production like LAX to ORD, and expanding premium experiences including Delta One check-in. I’m incredibly proud to have a seat at this table.

Chicago is one of our favorite cities. It also comes with its own challenges. Bus parking is the constraint most people don’t think about, and it’s one of the most important aspects of touring before hotels are considered.

L7 by Lotte and Pendry Chicago solve that problem and can accommodate A and B parties seamlessly without difficult commutes between hotels as they are right next door.

Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is another excellent partner, with ease of access to Northerly Island/lolla/etc

The Quail sold out months ago, but there’s still a way in!

Now in its 23rd year, The Quail by The Peninsula is the most anticipated event of Monterey Car Week, and Friday passes were gone long before summer. What most people don’t know is that this year’s new addition changes the math. An Eve on the Green, a motoring gala celebrating 100 years of Route 66, comes with dinner directed by the chef behind the two Michelin starred L’Oiseau Blanc in Paris, a headline country music performance, and a limited run of two day tickets, capped at 500 guests, that still unlock Friday’s Quail.
