An incredibly fun experience in the Pensacola Beach area is parasailing and we recommend Radical Rides near the bridge. Super awesome customer service and attentive guides. If high adventure above the waves is your desire, be certain to take advantage of this business. Our third time visiting so you know they are super!

Stayed the night at this Quality Inn. The hotel is an older one showing its age and use. However, the beds were good and the staff very nice. Hot breakfast and a nice pool. So, if you need a place to stop for the night, this may work for you.

Enjoying time at Pensacola,
FL this week. Beautiful water but strong waves (yellow flag) and much seaweed on the beaches. A wonderful place to vacation with plenty to do, places to eat, and things to see.

Summer Day at Spring Mill State Park

Looking for a fun adventure about an hour north of Louisville, KY? Then look no farther than Spring Mill State Park near Mitchell, IN. There is a terrific campground with restroom/ showerhouse , an inn with a restaurant, an Olympic size pool, a restored pioneer village, and a museum dedicated to astronaut Gus Grissom. Several hiking trails take one through forested areas, sinkholes, and caves; one you can even take a boat ride in. There is an entrance fee of $15 for out of state visitors and $7 for in state. In my opinion though it is worth the cost.

While in Atlanta, we stayed at the Sonesta Airport South. We chose this because of its proximity to the airport and the shuttle service to and from. The hotel appears to be an older hotel but clean with some nice amenities. An indoor pool, hot tub, and exercise room offer a way to burn off stress and relax. We did not use these but many people did. There is also a restaurant inside the hotel and the burgers and breakfast we ordered were delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking and food cost extra including the coffee packs in the room. If flying into Atlanta for the night, this is a convenient and nice hotel. hotel
