While in Atlanta, we stayed at the Sonesta Airport South. We chose this because of its proximity to the airport and the shuttle service to and from. The hotel appears to be an older hotel but clean with some nice amenities. An indoor pool, hot tub, and exercise room offer a way to burn off stress and relax. We did not use these but many people did. There is also a restaurant inside the hotel and the burgers and breakfast we ordered were delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking and food cost extra including the coffee packs in the room. If flying into Atlanta for the night, this is a convenient and nice hotel. hotel

Atlanta has a fantastic zoo and the World of Coke. Both are engaging and fun to experience. The zoo has all types of animals, play area for kids, splash park, and rope course. The World of Coke has history, create your own drink and taste testing of drinks from around the world. We also enjoyed two restaurants today; one was Brazilian, the other Cajun. Both were fabulous and the food delicious. If planning a trip to Atlanta, permit me to help you plan it.

While visiting Atlanta, one really should visit the Georgia Aquarian. It is the largest in the western hemisphere and is filled with wonders of the ocean. From a huge whale shark, dolphins, beluga whales, sea lions, and sting rays, the Aquarian is sure to please. It has several eating options, a parking garage and next to the World of Coke. Hotels are near by as well as additional eating establishments. We tried a Korean restaurant within walking distance and it was delicious. Allow me to help you plan an adventure.

A great place to stop for the night and right off I 75 in Athens, TN is the Comfort Inn. It is near several restaurants and offers nice amenities including breakfast which we will check out in the morning.
