Love is back at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

The colorful Pride Month photo wall has returned for 2026 and can once again be found on the walkway to Pandora – The World of Avatar, across from Tiffins Restaurant.

This mural features the word “Love” with a Mickey silhouette in the center of the “O” 🌈✨

If you’re visiting Animal Kingdom this month, it’s a great spot to pause for a quick photo on your way to Pandora.

🧇 Disney people… this is your sign to leave the resort pool for breakfast 👀

The Churro Mickey Waffles officially made their way to Spyglass Grill at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and this feels like one of those “wait… WHAT?!” Disney food moments.

For the longest time these waffles were one of those harder-to-get (aka needed to plan ahead) Disney breakfasts. You either needed a Crystal Palace reservation or had to be sailing on Disney Cruise Line to try them.

Now you can grab them at a resort quick service for $11.49 without stepping foot in a park or on a ship 🎉

And yes… they’re as good as everybody says.

Warm Mickey waffles coated in cinnamon sugar with that little crunchy crackle on the outside while somehow still staying soft inside? Basically a churro disguised as breakfast and I fully support that chaos 😂

Disney can also throw bacon and sausage on the platter too so you can pretend this is a balanced breakfast decision 🤤😉

Adding this to my “worth leaving your room early and taking a ride on the skyliner for” Disney food list immediately ✔️

Looks like Disney is expecting Scooter, Animal, and a whole waddle of penguins to cause a little chaos at Hollywood Studios next week 🎸🐧

On Tuesday, May 26, Disney’s Hollywood Studios will open earlier than normal:
🎤 Park opening: 8:00 A.M.
🎤 Early Entry for Disney Resort guests: 7:30 A.M.

The rest of the week stays at the usual 9:00 A.M. opening with 8:30 A.M. Early Entry, so this sudden shift definitely feels tied to the opening crowds expected for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets.

Disney clearly knows people are ready to rock out with the Muppets 🤘

One of the most validating reviews I’ve ever received started with this:

“I’m a detailed event planner myself…”

And honestly? That says everything about what Disney vacation planning has become lately 😅

Because most families aren’t struggling with the excitement part.
They’re struggling with:

Everyone talks about how cool Super Nintendo World looks…

but not enough people talk about how it actually feels once you’re in it 👀🎮

It’s bright. loud. busy. interactive.
And if you don’t have at least a loose game plan, you’re going to spend a lot of time going “wait… what are we doing?” 😅

A few things I wish more people knew before going:

👉 Toadstool Cafe is fun to experience… but for me it’s a one and done. The food is cute. The theming is adorable. The taste? Just okay 🤷🏻‍♀️

👉 Know the layout BEFORE you go
You enter from the top overlooking everything… but most of the action is down below. So yes, you’ll be doing stairs. A lot of them (there are elevators if you need them 👍)

👉 It’s actually two lands in one
Super Mario Land up front
Donkey Kong Country tucked in the back 🍌

👉 And this is the big one…
This isn’t a “walk around and ride rides” kind of land

It’s something you play… And if you don’t know how it works, you’ll miss a lot of what makes it fun.

Save this so you don’t waste time figuring it out on the fly
Or send it to the person you’re going with so they don’t slow you down 😂🎮

That moment when he says, “okay fine…” ✈️

And just like that… you lose all sense of calm.

You’re:
Opening 47 tabs like a travel gremlin
Comparing flights you already picked 3 hours ago
Reading resort reviews like they’re breaking news
Building a full itinerary down to snack breaks
Planning outfits for places you haven’t even booked yet

Because what he meant was:
“Yeah… we can think about it.”

But what you heard was:
“CLEAR YOUR SCHEDULE. WE FLY AT DAWN.” 😂

And now:
The trip is planned
The budget is… a suggestion
And you’ve mentally already been there twice
