There are two nice boat ramps with in a mile of the house for your convenience (MM54 & Behind Airport). Davits are not for renter use. There are outside cameras watching over the Dock, Owners boat and vehicle parked along the East property line. Lovely 2nd Level 2 bedrooms, 3 bath house in Marathon - the middle of the Florida Keys, on Mile Marker 53, only one hour to Key West. OUR WEEKS ARE SATURDAY - SATURDAY. Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood. Direct access to the ocean, with 75 feet of dockage. House set up for fishing and relaxing. We have a fish cleaning station with full electric and plumbing, a freezer is provided for your bait as well as an extra large freezer upstairs to freeze your cleaned fish & clean ice (no bait or dirty ice). Just minutes to the reef and off-shore fishing. You can catch yellowtails, snappers, grouper, sailfish, dolphin (mahi-mahi), wahoo, tuna , king mackerel and others. Beautiful snorkeling and SCUBA diving. Minutes to Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda State Park. Close to the seven mile bridge for access to the Gulf side, and back-country fishing. The house has all furniture and central A/C. We provide towels, and linens. We have a stainless steel BBQ, burner fryer for outdoor cooking. Our home has Premium cable TV Service, DVD's, High speed WIFI Wireless Internet, a 54' Flat Screen HDTV in the living room. The Master has it own TV/DVD. The master bedroom has a king size bed that can CONVERT into 2-twin beds. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and is futon bed on the living room. We have a full kitchen with all the appliances, microwave, plates, pots, pans, toaster, Keurig, coffemaker, blender and utensils for your convenience. There is parking in front of the house for 5-6 cars including carport parking. Parking enough for 2 rows of trailers and boats. Leave one lane open to the dock and back right up to your boat! The boat ramp for launching your boat is behind the airport, the boat ride to the house is 10-15 minutes. Our address is 11098 1st Ave Gulf, Marathon FL 33050. The house has been renting since 2000.
