It begins slowly.

You wake up near the water, reach for a warm cup of coffee, and let the morning arrive without rushing to meet it. The turquoise sea moves gently in the distance, creating the kind of quiet your nervous system has been asking for.

• Travel insurance: Choose coverage for medical needs, trip interruptions, delays, and cancellations.

• Booking timing: Group space, preferred resorts, and favorable air schedules can disappear quickly. Early planning creates more choice and less pressure.
