Service Update from YARTS

The YARTS administrative office will be closed on Monday, September 1st in observance of Labor Day. Regular office hours resume Tuesday, September 2nd.

Bus service will operate as scheduled on September 1st for all corridors. No NPS reservations needed when you ride with YARTS!

Through the Mono County Summer Voucher Program, you can sign up for a free YARTS voucher and ride to Yosemite anytime between July 1 and September 30, 2025. Open to all ages, so bring the whole family and make this summer unforgettable!

This year we are celebrating the 25th anniversary of YARTS service! As part of this special milestone, YARTS will be highlighting an important moment in it's 25-year history AND giving away two round-trip tickets to a lucky passenger every month!

This month, we are highlighting YARTS service along the Highway 41 corridor. The first YARTS buses from Fresno, Coarsegold and Oakhurst to Yosemite launched in 2015 during the 15th anniversary of YARTS and the 125th anniversary of Yosemite National Park! Ridership on YARTS boomed that year and in 2021 Madera County officially joined the Joint Powers Authority as a member agency followed by the City of Fresno in 2024! With many local attractions, wonderful YARTS partners, and backdrops consisting of numerous natural wonders, passengers riding YARTS on this route are escorted through various mountain communities on their way to the southern entrance of the Park.
