🏛 Earlier this week, hundreds of senior care providers showed up at the Capitol in St. Paul to make our voices heard, telling lawmakers to Stop the Cuts to senior care.

Minnesota’s seniors have spent their lives building our communities — they deserve to age with dignity, not face cuts to the care they rely on.

A huge thank you to our passionate advocates, partners, and lawmakers who are standing with us. Together, we’re raising our voices and fighting for a better future for aging in Minnesota.

The Art is Good for the Soul show is happening now through Thursday in the East Hall on Floor G of the Minnesota State Capitol! This collaborative art exhibit celebrates the creativity of older adults and people with disabilities. Thank you to all the LeadingAge Minnesota and ARRM members who submitted resident’s art to be showcased.

Special thank you to artists from Solar Arts Building and Karen Ritz for volunteering with us this morning to set up.
