I created this movement because I needed to make a change to stay healthy. I am currently on a mission to control—and by the grace of God, reverse—my diabetes diagnosis.
This journey is a battlefield. I personally need strength, patience, and discipline to keep fighting. But I realized that I don't have to fight alone, and neither do you.
