Planning your trip to Pictured Rocks for Labor Day weekend? 🌅

Trips are filling up quickly, and we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance as cruises sell out frequently all weekend long!

Sunset Spray Falls is SOLD OUT for both Saturday and Sunday. We still have limited availability for our 6:00 PM Sunset Classic, but remaining seats are moving fast!

Fast & Easy Check-In:
When you purchase tickets ahead of time, you’ll receive a QR code via text message or email. That QR code is all you need to check in! There is no need to stop at the ticket counter just simply head straight to the boarding line when you arrive and a staff member will be by to check you in.

Travel & Construction Reminders:
There are reports of heavy holiday traffic and delays from road construction on routes leading into Munising. If you are traveling to visit us, please give yourself plenty of extra travel time to clear construction zones.

Boarding, Rebooking & Cancellation Policies:
Arrive Early: Cruises depart promptly on the hour. We strongly recommend arriving 1 hour prior to your departure time to allow time for parking and to get in line for first-come, first-served seating.

Missed Cruises: If you miss your scheduled departure time due to traffic or delays, we cannot guarantee we can move your tickets to a later cruise due to high volume and sold-out trips.

Cancellation Policy: We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Tickets cannot be refunded if you miss your scheduled cruise.

Daytime Cruises: Departing every hour on the hour from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

5:30 PM: Spray Falls Cruise

6:00 PM: Sunset Classic Cruise (Limited availability!)

6:45 PM: Sunset Spray Falls Cruise (SOLD OUT Saturday & Sunday)

UPDATE: TICKETING SYSTEM RESOLVED

Our ticketing provider has resolved the technical issue, and confirmation texts and emails are back up and running normally for all online, phone, and in-person purchases!

If you recently booked online and haven't seen your confirmation yet, please check your email inbox (and spam folder) or text messages, as those should now be delivering. As always, our crew can still check you in by last name at the dock if you need any assistance when you arrive.

We are currently experiencing a temporary technical issue with our ticketing system provider. As a result, confirmation texts and emails are not automatically sending for purchases. Whether booked online, over the phone, or in person.

You can still purchase your tickets online as usual! However, please keep in mind that you will not receive an instant confirmation text or email after booking.

Getting Boarded & Ticket Verification:

Check-In by Name: When you arrive for your cruise, our crew can check you right in using the last name on the reservation.

Printed Tickets: If you prefer to have a physical ticket in hand, simply stop by our ticket desk at the dock before departure, and our team will gladly print a copy for you.

Our ticketing provider is actively working on a resolution. As soon as confirmation texts and emails are back up and running, we will post an update as soon as its fixed

Tucked right inside Chapel Cove! 🪨

There is nothing quite like looking straight up at the towering sandstone cliffs from the open-air upper deck. It’s one of those spots on the tour where pictures just don't do the scale justice.

(Please note: Entering Chapel Cove is condition-permitting and always up to captain’s discretion based on lake conditions and water traffic on each trip.)

WEATHER UPDATE: THURSDAY, AUGUST 27TH

All cruises through our 3:00 PM departure have been canceled today due to high waves on Lake Superior.

We are pushing our 4:00 PM departure back one hour to 5:00 PM in hopes that the lake calms down enough to get back out on the water. We are monitoring conditions closely and remain hopeful for that 5:00 PM departure and tonight’s Sunset Cruises, though there is still a strong possibility that wave conditions will not settle in time.

Looking ahead, Friday, August 28th, is shaping up to be a much better day for cruising!

Information for Ticket Holders:

Canceled Cruise Refunds: If your cruise was canceled today and we do not hear from you by your scheduled departure time, your tickets will automatically be issued a full refund.

Rescheduling / Exchanges: If you hold tickets for a canceled trip and would like to exchange them for Friday or another date this season instead of receiving a refund, please contact our ticket office at (906) 387-2379, and our team will get you set up!

WEATHER UPDATE: MONDAY, AUGUST 24TH

Unfortunately, all cruises through our 3:00 PM cruise have been canceled today. Lake Superior has not calmed down enough following the weekend's high winds to safely and comfortably run our morning and early afternoon trips.

We are hopeful that conditions will improve by mid-afternoon to allow us to run our final three cruises of the day (4pm, 6:15pm & 7pm).

Key Details for Today:

Decision Deadline: We will make a final operational call for those last three cruises no later than 3:00 PM today and will post an update here immediately after.

Motion Sickness Advisory: Even if the lake calms enough for our late afternoon and evening departures, conditions will still be rough and bumpy. If anyone in your group is susceptible to seasickness or motion sickness, we do not recommend taking today's trips.

Cancellations & Refunds: If your cruise was canceled today and we do not hear from you by your scheduled departure time, your tickets will automatically be issued a full refund.

To Reschedule: If you would like to exchange your tickets for another time or day this season, please call our ticket office at (906) 387-2379 or stop by our ticket office, our team is here to help!

All cruises are canceled for today, Sunday, August 23rd, due to high waves on Lake Superior.

Information for Ticket Holders:

Refunds & Exchanges: You have the choice of receiving a full refund or exchanging your tickets for another date later this season.

Morning & Afternoon Cruise Refunds: If you hold tickets for a morning or afternoon cruise and we do not hear from you by your scheduled departure time, your tickets will automatically be issued a full refund.

Sunset Cruises Refunds: If you hold tickets for tonight's Sunset Cruises and we do not hear from you by 5:00 PM, your tickets will automatically be refunded.

Gift Shop & Rescheduling: Our gift shop and ticket office will be open until 5:00 PM today. If you would like to move your tickets to Monday or another date, please give us a call at (906) 387-2379 or stop by, and our staff will get you set up!

WEATHER UPDATE: Saturday, August 22nd

We are attempting our 10:00 AM departure today, but all remaining cruises for the rest of Saturday are canceled due to high waves on Lake Superior.

Looking ahead to Sunday, August 23rd, conditions are expected to remain rough. While we will make the official call Sunday morning, cancellations for tomorrow are very likely as well. Monday looks like our next good window to get back out on the water.

Information for Ticket Holders & Visitors:

Saturday Tickets: If you hold tickets for a canceled departure today and we do not hear from you by your scheduled cruise time, your tickets will automatically be issued a full refund.

Saturday Sunset Cruise Tickets: If you have tickets for tonight's Sunset Cruises and we do not hear from you by 5:00 PM, your tickets will automatically be refunded.

Sunday Ticket Holders: If you would like to proactively move your Sunday tickets to Monday or another date this season, please call our ticket office to speak with an agent.

Gift Shop & Rescheduling: Our gift shop and ticket office will remain open until 5:00 PM today. Give us a call at (906) 387-2379 or stop by, and our staff will be happy to help you reschedule!
