It’s been a busy summer with guests checking in and out but it’s slowed down because school has started. This gives us time to make some necessary upgrades starting off with some fresh flowers to brighten up lodge. Over the last several months the number one request by our guests is to make the backyard more private, and that’s exactly what we will be doing in September. We are going to add a fence that borders around the backyard to offer more privacy. This will also allow us to potentially add future amenities (e.g., hot tub).

Did you know Brown County State Park is Indiana’s largest state park and has a mountain bike trail system of over 25 miles? This past weekend our guests explored the state park by mountain biking the trails. They also took advantage of the Weber grill and sat around the fire pit.
