Spend your money (and time) on your trips - not on planning them! Our services are perfect for families who don't have time (or the desire) to create a detailed itinerary for an upcoming trip. Our custom family travel itinerary services include travel routes tailored to you, personalized lists of where to stay and eat, what to see and do, as well as a recommended schedule for seeing it all (while taking it easy). Every custom itinerary includes:

- Personalized list of family-friendly places to stay and eat.
- A list of the top things to see and do based on your children's ages and physical abilities.

Argentina, you have my heart. 🇦🇷❤️

I just got back from a fam trip with . Fam trips are where travel advisors experience it all firsthand so we can plan it perfectly for you. A few highlights:

The countdown is ON. ✨ In two weeks, Europe's Christmas markets start to glow. A few little secrets I love:

🏰 VIENNA – SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE | Nov 6 – Jan 7
About 90 stalls in front of the Habsburgs' former summer palace. Hand-blown glass ornaments, cheesy Käsespätzle, warm Punsch, and it stays lit into January.

❤️ VIENNA – RATHAUSPLATZ | Nov 13 – Dec 26
Heart-shaped lanterns in the trees, Glühwein and roasted chestnuts, and an ice rink beside the stalls, all in front of the fairytale City Hall.

👼 NUREMBERG – CHRISTKINDLESMARKT | Nov 27 – Dec 24
First recorded in 1678! The market opens when the "Christkind" (a local young woman chosen every two years) recites a prologue to the crowd. Then: nearly 200 red-and-white striped stalls, Lebkuchen gingerbread, and roasted almonds.

𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝 #5 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 on The World’s 50 Best Hotels 2026, Passalacqua is intimate, romantic and completely transportive — a historic villa above the lake with extraordinary gardens, a beautiful pool, elegant interiors and the kind of service that makes everything feel effortless.

For Lake Como, my favorite travel windows are 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫. You still get the beauty, the lake days, the long lunches and the garden experience, but generally with a more relaxed feel than the height of July and August.

For a property like Passalacqua, I would not wait until the last minute. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 6–12 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝, especially if you want specific room categories, peak spring or early fall dates, or if Lake Como is part of a larger Italy itinerary.

And this is exactly where working with a travel advisor matters. The hotel is only one part of the experience — the right room, transfers, boats, restaurants and pacing of the itinerary are what turn Lake Como into the trip you were hoping for.
