The crew can serve it because it is considered an “ out island” meaning it has no locals, unlike Celebration Key which is on Grand Bahamas. There food and service has to be supplied by the local population of that port and ports such as Grand Turk or Amber Cove or Nassau etc.

Anyway, here is the menu included ( no charge) for all guests to enjoy and certainly we must say a huge thank you to the brilliant crew members who did such an extraordinary job as they always do.

I’m so excited that a second tour has been added for the “Following the Footsteps of St. Paul” pilgrimage with Father William Burmester, Arkansas Catholic, and myself, departing September 27 – October 8, 2027! From Corinth and Thessalonica to Philippi, Patmos, and the beautiful Greek Islands, this journey is so much more than a vacation… it’s a chance to deepen my faith while standing in the very places where Scripture came to life.
I would love for you to join me for an informational meeting on Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Edward Catholic Church, Texarkana in the parish hall. We’ll talk about the itinerary, what to expect, and answer any questions you may have.

Did you know the hamburger traces its roots back to Hamburg? That’s right — one of America’s favorite comfort foods got its name from this historic German city.

So now the real question is… who’s ready to travel to the “home of the hamburger”? 🇩🇪✈️

From riverside views and historic architecture to amazing food and unforgettable Christmas markets, Hamburg serves up way more than just burgers. Although honestly… we’d still probably order one there just for the story. 😄
