Our Pool is remodeled and open for business, our new sink is in and our AC's are super cool. So it's time for a trip to the beach!

Our vacation home is located in the quiet Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, SC. This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo can sleep up to 7 people and is available to rent year-round.
It is on the 3rd floor of a three-story building at A Place At the Beach II, located at 5001 North Ocean Blvd. The unit is second row, facing the boulevard and has an ocean view – the beautiful, wide beaches of Cherry Grove are just a few steps across the street! There is also a pool for renters to use April-October.
Cherry Grove is the northern-most beach in North Myrtle Beach before you get to the state line. It is worlds away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach but still only a short drive to all of Myrtle’s attractions. Cherry Grove has the feel of a small beach community with less crowds and very few high-rise resorts like you find in Myrtle Beach-proper – here it’s mostly houses and low-rise condo buildings, which means the beach is never too crowded.
The area has a large, locally owned grocery store (Bolineau's) nearby as well as several restaurants and shops. Just across HWY 17, there are many new shopping centers and restaurants. And it’s only a short drive further into North Myrtle Beach, where you’ll find Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, mini-golf, kids’ activities, restaurants, shows, and much more.
The Lily Pad is unit 3-H and is located on the 3rd floor, on the end of the building near the pool. There are three public beach access points right across the street,and one is paved.
Our unit is currently being renovated with new floors, fresh paint, new furniture and more. We are now accepting renters. The Lily Pad has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 1 half bath, a balcony with an ocean view, and a combined living area/full kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and master half-bath. The second bedroom has bunk beds, with a twin bed over a double bed. The full bath is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.
Our kitchen has everything you need including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, full-size stove, dishwasher and fridge. All dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware are provided. There is a small dining table that seats four.
The living room has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with cable, Blu-Ray/DVD player, board games, and small DVD library. There is also WIFI in the unit.
The balcony has 2 seats and a small table and has a lovely ocean view.
The unit does not have a washer/dryer but there is a coin-operated laundry room on the first floor. Please also be advised this complex does not have an elevator.
The pool is open from April through October. There are no lounge chairs around the pool area but you can bring your own. We do provide beach chairs for renters' use. There are 2 outdoor foot showers.
In order to keep our rates low, we do not use a cleaning service, rather we ask all renters to clean the condo after each stay. More details on this will be provided once you book your vacation.
