WIFinlander Guide Service Welcome to WiFinlander Guide Services based out of Milwaukee Wisconsin I'm Captain Tim Hyvonen and owner of WIFinlander Guide Service. Wisconsin.

During the spring, summer and fall I run fishing charters on Lake Michigan for trout and salmon. In the fall, winter and spring I run guide trips for trout and salmon in the rivers of S.E. During the Winter I run guide trips in the harbors of Lake Michigan for brown trout and steelhead in addition to multi species trips on various inland lakes. Finally got to break in my new FishUSA 7wt fly rod this past weekend. They definitely designed a great fly rod. Lightweight, sensitive and very easy to pop long roll casts. Monday I decided to switch gears and go get a couple of walleyes for Friday fish fry. They were a little more finicky than last week but still ended up with 3 from 18.5” to 20.75”. Time to gear up for a very busy weekend.
