🥩 It’s Beef Time, Tennessee! This Saturday, August 16, the 5th Annual Taste of Tennessee – Big Beef Showdown is bringing the heat to Lebanon, TN at the Wilson County Fair - TN State Fair!

Competitors will battle it out for a chance to claim one of FOUR Golden Tickets to the 2025 World Food Championships, happening October 16–18 in Indianapolis.

In military time, 00:00 (Zero Hundred Hours) is the start of a new day. Mission Zero Hundred Hours (MZHH), in its name, is the start of a new day for struggling veterans. The mission of MZHH is to deliver life-changing culinary arts experiences to Veterans while raising awareness and reducing Veteran su***de. In 2024, Mission Zero Hundred Hours deployed 36 Veterans from 14 states to participate in the 2024 WFC Battle of the Branches, at an average cost of $600 per Veteran.

This year, our goal is to bring teams representing all six United States military branches to Indianapolis and continue providing the necessary support for our Veterans...

Who's ready for a World Food Championships competition in Washington State!

We’re thrilled to congratulate Chef Hahn from Faidley's Seafood, whose incredible dish at the 2025 Governor’s Buy Local Cookout earned her a coveted Golden Ticket to compete at the World Food Championships!

Hosted by the Restaurant Association of Maryland and the Maryland Department of Agriculture, this celebration of local flavor showcased Maryland’s finest—from Chesapeake blue catfish and oysters to sweet corn and watermelon. It’s chefs like Hahn who bring these homegrown ingredients to life and remind us what food sport is all about.

We can’t wait to see what she brings to the WFC kitchen!
