OGDEN CITY ROAD CLOSURES: Ogden Marathon – Saturday, May 16, 2026
Please plan ahead for road closures and traffic restrictions in support of the Ogden Marathon on Saturday, May 16. These closures are necessary to ensure a safe and successful event. Some closures will begin as early as Friday, May 15.

Ogden Canyon: Closed from 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. No through traffic permitted. Canyon residents may use Utah Highway Patrol shuttle service for access.

Downtown Ogden Closures – Saturday, May 16
Grant Avenue: Hard closure, no through access between 26th and 18th Streets until 3:00 p.m.

Washington Boulevard: Closed from 17th Street to 20th Street from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Park Boulevard: Eastbound traffic only from Washington Blvd to Monroe Blvd from 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

24th Street: Closed between Lincoln Avenue and Washington Boulevard during the race.

25th Street: Closed from Washington Blvd to Grant Ave until 3:00 p.m.

⚠️Federal Building Access – Friday, May 15
The federal building will remain open, but parking on 25th Street between Washington and Grant will not be available. Please plan accordingly and allow additional time for parking and access.

Harrison Boulevard
Wall Avenue

Happy Ogden Marathon Week! 🏃‍♀️👟

Thousands of runners will hit the road Saturday, May 16 and cross the finish line downtown! For spectators, there will be music, games, food, and fun for all ages from 7am - 2pm at the Ogden Municipal Gardens, so come out to cheer everyone on!

👟 Remember that Grant Ave (18th - 26th) are closed starting at 5am!
👟 Parking is limited - park at The Junction or you can park at Weber State and take UTA OGX downtown!
👟 Bring your signs, cow bells, and your cheering voices!
👟 Post race celebrate on at our local restaurants and bars!
