It’s Oktoberfest Week and the weather is right on theme! 🍁
I'm working today until 1pm, then I'm headed to Minneapolis to meet with my Outrigger gals for an update!🌺🌴 I'm working normal hours Tues–Wed, and I’ll be out of the office Thurs–Fri.

Since River Cruising is the theme of the week, here’s a fun twist — let’s step outside Europe and look to South America.

My friend and fellow travel advisor is currently sailing the Magdalena River in Colombia, traveling from Cartagena to Barranquilla on AmaWaterways’ AmaMagdalena. It’s a vibrant, culturally rich itinerary with a much shorter flight than Europe.

Our wedding anniversary always arrives alongside another somber anniversary — a day this country will never forget. 🇺🇸

We were on our honeymoon, watching the towers collapse from our cruise ship cabin… a moment forever etched into my memory.

This , I’m holding close the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the strength we found in each other during the darkest of days.

May we honor their memory not just today, but by working toward a kinder, steadier, more united path forward for this country. 🌺💛
