Must know for your ‘Ber month WDW itinerary:

🎃🎄On select nights in August-December, Magic Kingdom hosts holiday parties that close the park to day guests at 6pm
✅Upside: the parks are less crowded during the day on party days
❌Downside: there is no nighttime entertainment (parade & Happpily Ever After fireworks on party nights

If you only have base tickets you’re forced to choose: set your Magic Kingdom Day on a party day with lower crowds but miss nighttime entertainment or set it for a non party day where crowds can be insane but experience a full day in Magic Kingdom that includes nighttime entertainment

✨But the Park Hopper Girl doesn’t have to choose. She gets the best of both worlds as our girl Miley would say: Park Hopper Girls spend a day (or 2!) in Magic Kingdom on party days enjoying the low crowds and then between 4-6, they hop to either Epcot or Hollywood Studios for nighttime entertainment. Then, on a day they start in a different park, they hop back to Magic Kingdom on a non-party day just for the nighttime entertainment. Will it be crowded? Yes! But that’s okay because their only goal is to stake out a sport for the parade and fireworks. They’ve already knocked out the rides on other low crowds days!

It’s my birthday week! And more than likely, it’s many of yours as well because here in the US, it’s the most popular birthday week of the entire year!

And my birthday is actually the most common date of the whole year (a fact that has always annoyed me…but at least I’m in good company with Adam Sandler, Hugh Grant, Michelle Williams, Eric Stonestreet, Michael Buble… and apparently even Colonel Sanders of KFC)

A huge milestone, but an even bigger thank you. ❤️

I recently found out that I’ve officially earned the title of Platinum Senior Planner, crossing over a million dollars in sales this year.

Typing that feels surreal, but the number isn’t what matters to me. What matters is what it represents: every single vacation you all trusted me to plan.
