They're called Bohemian Waxwings, and though they're in The Mat-Su year round, this is the time of year when they come out of the hills by the thousands to gorge on all the fruiting trees in our communities. Our Mat-Su photography team, Tom & Cree Bol, had lots of fun with this bird in Talkeetna last winter. This is one of their shots.
